Welcome to the Black Tide
November 10th, 2014
[It's been three days since the full moon took hold of Alex and sent him rampaging trough the halls of the Black Tide. Three days since he had called on Bennett to seek his fellow shifters' aid in his own change.

Three days since he had died.

Things were always fuzzy for Alex after a moon-forced change, and it took him a while to pull his thoughts together. The fact that he had died this time around was making it all the worse for him... even moreso as he didn't know yet that he'd actually died. He'd been known to loose days before, so it wasn't all that extraordinary in its own right... now it was just piecing it all together.

He's not smiling in the communicator feed, and he looks more tired than normal. The recovery period has been slower this time around, even if he'd woken up without any wounds as normal; he had no way of knowing that the wounds being gone was due to his death, and not his normal healing abilities.]

Hey all... my recovery period has been a bit slower this time around. I'm usually up and around a lot faster than this... three days since the full moon is pretty extreme. [His frown deepens as he looks around his room. Others might be able to see the shredded sheets, comforter and blood.

It was the blood that worried him the most, as he'd woken without any tell tale scars or wounds. Brows knit tightly as he refocuses his attention on the feed, rather than the condition of his cabin.]

I usually wake up fuzzy... not too many, if any memories of what happened... Can anyone fill me in on what I missed. Bennett?

[Why, no... he hasn't checked te feed for more than a moment to check the date and time.]

Whoever the hell keeps shitting in the hallway needs to knock it off.

[He thankfully hadn't stepped in it. Exasperated sigh is exasperated. At least the next part of his post brightens his mood.]

Hey, Talia, I think I owe you a beer.
